"I fully support the concept of rededication to focusing on a healthy lifestyle on a weekly basis, especially for caregivers who are the lifeline of support for a loved one," said Lynn Wilson, Founder of The CareGiver Partnership. "If caregivers do not take care of themselves then they cannot provide care for anyone else."
"We are thrilled to have established a relationship with such an important organization," said Sid Lerner, founder of Healthy Monday. "While much of our campaign is about getting people to excercise, eat well and quit bad habits, it is ultimately all about creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle."
Healthy Monday introduces the idea of Monday as the weekly day of health. It's an innovative concept being applied to a variety of public health concerns all dedicated to improving the health of Americans.
