From liners to underwear, absorbing leaks is at the core (so to speak) of most incontinence products. Poise Impressa does not absorb leaks — it’s worn inside the body to help stop leaks before they happen.
How Impressa works
Designed for the temporary management of stress urinary incontinence in women, Poise Impressa Bladder Supports are inserted and removed the same way as a tampon but work very differently. Instead of absorbent material, they’re made of soft, flexible silicone with a non-absorbent cover.
While inserted, they gently lift and support the urethra with light pressure, much like stronger muscles. And unlike traditional pessaries, they’re conveniently disposable — simply discard in the trash.
Poise Impressa is available in three different sizes to fit everyone’s unique internal shape: size 1 for low support, size 2 for medium support, and size 3 for high support.
Is Impressa right for you?
Impressa is for women with stress urinary incontinence. If you experience bladder leaks when you laugh, cough, sneeze or exercise, Impressa may be able to help.
If you have a sudden need or rush to urinate, also known as urge incontinence, bladder supports are not the right product for you. If you have mixed incontinence, a combination of stress and urge, Impressa is not right for you and you should instead choose pads or liners.
