  • Eat more fiber-You may be surprised to learn that what you eat plays a direct role in managing your incontinence. Fiber can help you avoid constipation which can make incontinence worse. When you don’t have enough fiber and become constipated it can put pressure on the bladder which makes you feel like you have to go to the bathroom more often.
