The CareGiver Partnership Joins Forces With Caregivers' Monday

The CareGiver Partnership has joined forces with The Monday Campaigns – a non-profit organization that centers on the use of Monday as the nationally recognized day, every week, dedicated to increasing health awareness, empowerment and action.  The latest Monday Campaign is Caregivers’ Monday created to help convince caregivers to set aside Monday as the day to care for themselves.

The CareGiver Partnership is a woman owned direct-to-consumer retailer specializing in providing home health care products and resources which help maintain a loved one’s dignity.

As part of the new relationship with Caregivers’ Monday, The CareGiver Partnership will join the growing Caregivers’ Monday network of businesses and consumer groups.  The CareGiver Partnership is listed on the Caregivers’ Monday website, which provides a link to The CareGiver Partnership's online resource directory of more than 1,000 helpful family caregiving sites.

The CareGiver Partnership is committed to encouraging caregivers to attend to their physical and emotional needs every Monday, by offering a 10 percent discount to all consumers who call and mention "Caregivers’ Monday’.”

Lynn Wilson, Founder
The CareGiver Partnership
"I fully support the concept of rededication to focusing on a healthy lifestyle on a weekly basis, especially for caregivers who are the lifeline of support for a loved one," said Lynn Wilson, Founder of The CareGiver Partnership. "If caregivers do not take care of themselves then they cannot provide care for anyone else."

"We value our relationship with The CareGiver Partnership," said Sid Lerner, founder and chairman of The Monday Campaigns.  "Caregivers give so much of themselves caring for their loved ones that they often neglect their own health and well-being.  By working with other organizations like The Caregiver Partnership, we can get the message out to millions of caregivers to use Monday, the first day of each hectic week as their recharge day, to refocus on their own condition to better serve their dependent parent, child or spouse.”

The Monday Campaigns promotes the idea of “Caregivers’ Monday” as the weekly day of health. It's an innovative concept being applied to a variety of public health concerns all dedicated to improving the health of Americans.  The Monday Campaigns is in association with John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and Syracuse University Newhouse School of Public Communications.
